OH MY GOODNESS. This is an amazing find. Vintage Julie Francis. At first it looks like an amazing Black Lace Ruffle Collar and Ruffle Wrist Blouse - but it has a deep plum undertone that shows in certain lights. The rhinestone broach near the collar is another unique touch. This blouse is so lovely - I can't put into words. The detail in the back with the hidden buttons and the collar claps are perfection. Has shoulder pads. Also the detail of the three button wrist is fabulous. I adore this blouse. You will too. Size tag is missing but I wear a size 8-10 blouse and this is slightly big. See measurements but I would thing a size 10-12 would be perfect. GORGEOUS!!! I cannot find one flaw in this beautiful piece. Other than material tag is missing. Dry clean only.
