80s vintage chair with a plastic shell on a chrome frame. The chair was produced by Interstuhl -West Germany- and is sold without decoration.

If, however, something should arrive defective, it is very important that the damage is reported to DHL or the post office for assessment and that we receive both the damage report and photos of the inside and outside. We then take care of the further processing directly.

In addition, we strive to use only recyclable packaging material with the exception of glass or other fragile items. In this case retailer, we use bubble wrap for safe transport, as we have unfortunately not had a good experience with corrugated cardboard.
If possible, we also use well-preserved used cartons and use used cartons exclusively for reinforcement in the inner carton. We use recyclable paper as filling material for stuffing the cartons.
