Made of solid wood, stained your choice of color, and finished in satin polyurethane. This shelf is available with 4-7 hooks in your choice of finish: black, modern brass, or silver. Shelves come with slightly rounded corners unless square is requested. Any knick-knacks, plants, or other display items are for example only and not included. Noooo! Unless the listing is for an in-stock item AND specifically says it is the exact item in the photo, your piece will not be the one shown and therefore not exactly the same. Wood grain varies greatly and your piece may or may not have knots or other individual characteristics that make it unique. Stain samples are for example and are a pretty good representation; however, your piece may seem a bit darker or lighter, more golden, more distressed, etc. This is due to lighting, how much stain that particular piece of wood absorbs, or just the variations that come when items are made by hand by an actual person. All retailer of these things make your piece one of a kind.

HOW DO I HANG MY SHELF?

Each shelf comes with hanging hardware installed on the back of the shelf. Shelves 12" and smaller are intended for light use: keys, jewelry, etc. and include two sawtooth hangers on the back. Simply hang the shelf on two nails or flathead screws. Shelves 15" and longer, farmhouse hooks, large coat hooks, etc. include two keyhole hangers on the back for easy hanging. Use larger wall screws or wall screws with anchors to hang these. Because wall hardware needed varies by product, hanging surface, and intended use, it is not included with purchase.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ITEM?

Please refer to the processing times and expected delivery date listed under each item. Your item will ship within the expected date range and you'll receive an email with tracking information once it ships. Please note that tracking information does not always update and may show "Pre-Transit" or "In Transit" for SEVERAL days before updating. This is frustrating for everyone, including me, but it's just the way it is. Packages are normally delivered on time but may experience shipping delays during busy (holiday) times. Please note: There is absolutely nothing I can do to speed up your delivery once it is shipped and I cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Many items have multiple listings for different sizes, some items have size options within one listing. If you'd like a piece that is in between sizes, you may order UP a size and add to the notes section of the order the exact size you'd like. If you want a larger piece than is offered, please convo me with all the details (size, number of hooks, shipping destination) and I can quote you a price.

Yes, with exceptions. Buyer will be responsible for original AND return shipping costs. These items can get quite expensive to ship, so please measure (twice) and ask any questions before purchasing.
