This includes a screen protector already put on, Apple Pencil first generation, the Apple Smart Keyboard accessory, and a case where the Apple Pencil can be stored. iPad is fully functional, and works great, with little to no minor wear. This is a cellular model, so any SIM cards, or carriers should work. I did not use that feature that much.
