Extra large Wedgwood Jasperware stoneware oval brooch. In sage Green, this colour was only made until 1986. Stamped on rear WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND 61 TS. Fully hallmarked sterling silver, rare extinct Chester assay, FAW inside bezel.

Photographs taken in natural daylight. Greco-Roman neoclassical scene in fine detailed retailer bas-relief. Of a group of Cherubs/Cupid/Putti. Far left is a puppy sleeping under a tree. There are 4 Cherubs dancing in the centre, and on the far right one is playing a pipe.

Most Wedgwood brooches are smaller than this, this is the largest size in my collection. Sterling silver pin, rollover safety clasp & hinge. I have attached a new sterling silver 925 safety chain.
