retailer These cute Mugsy dogs have a toothache. They are so cute with their blue ribbons with it's gold accents. They were hand painted and as a result, have a few spots where it looks like it could be chipped, but it's where the paint missed and all are glazed over. The fourth photo in shows an example of this. These are some big boys measuring in at just over 5 inches tall.
