A perfect antique book for those who love animals entitled, 'The Animal Story-Book Illustrating Animal Sagacity', by W. H. Kingston. This copy appears to be the first American edition published by DeWolfe, Fiske & Company, Boston, around 1904, and is part of 'The Favorite Library'. The beautiful color and black and white illustrations were drawn by artist Harrison retailer Weir and others.

The hardcover book is covered in mustard gold cloth with stamped decoration in colors of red, grey, and gold. The overall condition is good, although there is some wear to the covers from age and use, and measures; 5 1/2"x 6 3/4".
