LYRIC Perfume Rollarama Brass and Glass Perfume Bottle Refillable retailer Patented 1950s

Vintage 1950 Lyric rollerball refillable perfume bottle. Brushed weighty brass container unscrews to reveal a brass housing and silver rollerball. The brass housing screws onto the glass perfume bottle which slides snugly into the brushed brass container.

The glass perfume bottle has specks of retailer perfume and the rollerball needs cleaning to roll again. Since the bottle still smells so nice, I will leave the cleaning to the discretion of new owner.

Bottle measures 3-1/4" tall x 3/4" wide at bottom. Brass housing and rollerball measure 3/4" tall and the glass perfume bottle measures 2-1/4" tall.

Beautiful container and mechanism designed and patented by Dolletta M. Ackerman in the 1950s. Dolletta was an inventor and in addition to this Rollarama, invented many other health aides and was a contributor to many other inventions as well.
