It use to work fine for years, but I think maybe there is an issue with the battery. I've seen replacement parts for these on eBay for $50 or less. You can buy an adapter to connect to any type of modern phone and it connects to bluetooth. The jacket keeps you warm, has lots of pockets and looks good. Even with the speakers not turning on, its a great snowboard / ski / winter jacket to own.
