Vintage Glass Fruit-Cheese-Cake Platter - retailer 30cm

A beautiful pressed retailer glass plate for fruit, cake or cheese. There's a lovely design featuring cherries, strawberries and apples, and an organic radiating design to the background.

The surface is nearly flat, with just a slight bowl shape and a small rim around the outside. There is a small pedestal 'foot' giving it some height, measuring 120mm diameter.

This is quite big - too big for any of our bags or boxes, in fact! But we'll wrap it in tissue paper and add our signature wax seal to it, anyway.

Over the decades artists and craftsmen have used our limited natural resources to make wonderful items. Once something has been loved and used it often makes it more beautiful, so, rather than always making new things, we like finding a new home for something that has already been made.

We aim for elegant packaging, to make classy gifts, but we try not to go over the top with plush boxes that are too good to throw away, but of no actual use!
