This is the Razer Core X Aluminum External GPU Enclosure (eGPU) retailer. It's compatible with Windows & (Intel) MacOS Thunderbolt 3 Laptops. Works wonderfully - but not with M1 laptops, which is what I have now. I used an AMD GPU, it works with a NVIDIA GPU as well (neither are included). What's nice is the 650W PSU, so the single cable brings power and graphics to your laptop through Thunderbolt 3. “Classic Black” color.
