This gorgeous stoneware mixing bowl is the most luscious shade of periwinkle blue ever! The all-over quilted diamond pattern on the exterior is just amazing. I believe this bowl was made by the AE Hull Potteries in the 1940s. It would be right at home in any country farmhouse or cottage kitchen -- and because of the modern touch of the quilted diamond pattern, could also work in a more modern home very nicely.

A perfect size to use for your cooking and baking. It is too pretty to store away in between uses and would be a wonderful pop of vibrant blue color retailer on your kitchen counter or open shelves! It's strong and sturdy. It is in very good condition with no large rim chips or cracks - however it does have what appears to be a small surface chip on the heat ring of the base. (Please see photo #6.)

Overall this bowl measures 9 5/8" in diameter and stands 4.75" deep. It is 4.75" in diameter at the base.
