Drawings of larger homes or buildings (classified as more than 10 windows in the chosen view) will be subject to an additional fee. Price can be discussed and arranged on an individual basis. Please contact me to inquire about a larger home.

I will ask you to send me a photo of the house that must be in focus and of a reasonable resolution as well as the address to locate the property on google street view. If you are unsure if your photos are of the correct standard, feel free to message me to inquire before purchasing.

All drawings are done from the perspective of the photographs I do not include details such as satellite dishes, alarms, dustbins, cars, people or pets.

The drawing orientation will be determined by the style of the building.

* HOW TO ORDER*

1) Choose your illustration size
2) Purchase this listing
3) Send us a photo of the house/building. This will be drawn from the same angle and perspective of the photo sent. Please send the highest resolution photo possible. This can be done by sending me a message and clicking "Attach and Image" in the chat box.
4) Once we've received your artwork, we will get started and complete within 1 week.
5) Once finished, your order will be posted within 1 working day. We will send you a shipping notification as soon as we send off your order.

150gsm acid-free cartridge paper. If you would like additional prints, the drawing is then scanned on a high resolution scanner and printed on the same paper.

Drawings take less than 1 week to complete (once the image has been received and approved) and then orders will be shipped within 1 working day.
Prints are posted in hard backed envelopes to keep them flat and rigid.
I use plastic free cellophane sleeves to package prints and all materials/packaging are recyclable, biodegradable and plastic free.
