They are 9 volt powered necklaces / toys. (this one hangs on the wall)

Very unique and perfect in the dark, great night light.

Custom wired, soldered, and sealed LED circuit on back.

Motion Sensor is adjustable, 5-300 seconds.

With the motion sensor the battery lasts for months.

50c replacements from the dollar store, this gives you the most bang for your buck! Or if you want it to plug in, I can do that too. simply plug and play, just gotta pay for the adapter that i'll ship. (it would be brighter with this plug)

Oh, it also has a mode controller so you can make it flash, strobe, retailer fade, blink w/e.
