Purchasing Vintage Items:

Please pay close attention to descriptions of condition and photographs when considering the purchase of pre-owned items. We try to describe them as accurately as possible and aim for full disclosure, but may not notice every flaw. Save both us as vendors and you as our guest and customer cost and inconvenience by realizing that vintage goods are by their very nature subject to certain wear and tear, fading and other signs of aging.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We have opted, because of ongoing issues with damage to packages in shipping, and too broad of an interpretation by some consumers of our previous policy, to determine Refunds only on a case-to-case basis. If the customer has a grievance through negligence on our part, or misrepresentation, than we will do our best to make it right. However, we are not responsible for return shipping on items because a customer has changed their minds.
In case of damage or breakage in shipment, (priority mail customers) retain your damaged items and packaging and return to the Post Office in order to file an Insurance claim. The costs of shipping heavy items has become prohibitive, and in order to continue to offer competitive prices, we have had to reevaluate policies.
We value our customers, and their satisfaction, but we would suggest that you read descriptions and measurements closely before purchasing. We do our best to be clear and thorough in describing goods. We will continue to be open to dialogue with all customers. Thanks for your attention. retailer
