KeumBoo retailer Concave Dangle Earrings

These long dangles feature the keum boo technique, the ancient Korean art of applying pure gold (in this case, 23.4K) to silver. I have used fine silver (999) for these, and textured it in the rolling mill before applying the gold. The earrings were then formed into a concave shape. The silver was then given a black patina to bring out the contrast. The ear wires are also Argentium silver. I applied Renaissance Wax to the earrings to protect the finish.

In an effort to get your item(s) to you as safely as possible, I usually wrap them in tissue and place them in a gift bag or box, then wrap them in bubble wrap and ship them retailer in a cardboard box or bubble envelope.
