retailer Elegant Florentine flocked fabric coat features black plush lining and a looped fringe in gold, burgundy and green. The back features a stripe of burgundy, gold and green fabric patterned with cherubs and a bronze color dragon brooch with a dark green tassel. Easy on and off velcro closures. This size will fit a dog from 15-20 pounds. With the fringe and the brooch, it is one of a kind. I have more fabric if you need a different size but the fringe and brooch will vary.
