Console has been tested and is in good working condition. The open button can sometimes get slightly stuck but I retailer will try to fix before I ship it out. I had to adjust the laser slightly in order for games to play properly but have played with the console for lots of hours with no issues. I do not have any extra cords so it is being sold as console only. You will only be receiving the console itself. The game is not included as it was only used in the pictures to show that the console reads discs with no issues. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
