Vintage Saks Fifth Avenue Shirtwaist retailer Day Dress with Full Skirt

Vintage designer shirtwaist day dress by Saks Fifth Avenue.
Black and white stripe/chevron pattern with bright mint green, yellow ans pink flowers.
Matching fabric covered buttons.
Feels like cotton.
Dress has large string belt loops.


Measurements laying flat:
Shoulders up to 17"
Bust up to 19"
Elastic waist from 12 to 15" comfortably
Hips free
Sleeve length from armpit to cuff 18"

Condition issues!!
The bottom button on the front of the dress is missing. One could easily take one of the buttons from the cuff and use that to replace it.
Some of the white of the fabric of the covered buttons has darkened little bit, not too bad.
The tag on the inside of the garment is hanging loose/only attached on one side.
Other than that no holes, tears, failing seams and the retailer elastic waist is still very stretchy.
