Ceramic sphere and platinum liquid necklace for her

SPHERE SERIES

A precious necklace composed retailer of a hypoallergenic steel chain and an empty ceramic sphere enamelled with transparent crystalline and then decorated with liquid platinum in third firing.
The sphere has a diameter of about 3.3 cm. It is empty and light. The milky white color is the original color of the clay, it is shiny thanks to the transparent crystalline that covers it. The crystalline lens consists of crystal powder diluted in water, the heat of the oven melts it and creates this vitrifying effect. Decoration with liquid platinum was carried out with a brush.

This jewel shows a sort of fracture, it is real, the sphere presented itself, once extracted from the casting mold, with this large crack.
We felt we were giving her even more value than her sisters born intact and perfect. We wanted to honor an imperfection, and so this jewel was born that deserved the use of a noble material such as platinum.
We later decided to enhance in this way also other future spheres born with imperfections.

The chain has various possibilities of use. It is composed of two chains of 45 cm, so it can be 45 cm long or 90 cm.
