Description
retailer A Vintage Sherry Decanter label in a Fantastic Modern British design. The cut-out font and clean, simple shape are characteristic of the period.
The label was made by Geoffrey Martin Billings and is fully hallmarked for Sterling Silver, London, 1977. Billings was born in 1945 and studied at Central St Martin's. He exhibited at the first ‘Loot' exhibition at Goldsmith's Hall in 1975.
The label is in good condition with marks commensurate with its age and use.
