An original print of "Birdwatchers, Aleutians", one of Rie Muñoz's lithographs. This is print 643 of 1750. The print series came out in 1989. This print is in Very Good condition, having been framed only once immediately after printing. The custom frame is a handmade piece from a local craftsman. The dimensions of the print are 10" x 7 1/8", while the frame adds an extra 3 inches on each side. The Value-At-Print in 1991 was $38, and now according to the Rie Muñoz website, original prints are currently valued at $240. Due to the condition of the piece and the custom frame retailer, we are only asking $210. Interesting side-note: After publishing this piece she discovered that she had spelled the name of the vessel incorrectly. The correct spelling is the MV Tustumena.
