This listing is for a custom sewn retailer pixie cut tutu and a custom decorated to match witch's hat. This tutu is made in green, purple, and black in a mixed pattern.

This tutu is great for many occasions including halloween, birthday parties, recitals, spring portraits, dress up, pageants, photo props, and so much more! Look for coordinating accessories in my shop!

This listing includes a "one size fits all" witch hat. It is decorated with a coordinating satin ribbon, tulle streamers, and a flower with a large rhinestone gem in the center.

*Decoration is permanently secured to the hat. The band goes entirely around the hat. Streamers and other decoration is attached in the back of the hat.

This listing is for a pixie cut tutu that will be made in a length of 15". The 15" is measured from the top of the waistband to the end of each fabric strips. You may choose to have your custom tutu made in a shorter length, please leave a note at checkout with the length you would like. For a longer tutu you must purchase a listing for a tutu with a longer maximum length.

My tutus are very stretchy, so a specific waist measurement is not necessary, but I do recommend including a measurement to ensure a perfect fit.

How to measure:
My tutus are made to be worn low on the waist. To make sure that the size and length of this tutu will work for you I recommend taking measurements. The best way to measure for the waistband is to measure around the low waist/high hip area. To determine the length you need, measure from the same spot at the waist down to where you want it to fall, keeping in mind you may want a little extra length to cover in the back. With the pixie cut tutus the last 3" of fabric doesn't provide adequate coverage, so you may want to add another 3" to the measurement you get for the overall length of the tutu.
