CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

♥ Do not soak! Hand wash only. Do not leave in extreme temperatures. (Hot/Cold)
♥ If dropped, your tumbler may break or crack. We are not liable if your tumbler becomes damaged after delivery.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
♥ Because these items are handmade custom products, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
♥ As expected with handmade items minor flaws may be present.
♥ However, if you are truly not happy with your order please reach out to us and we will make every effort to correct the problem.

SHIPPING:
♥ Custom tumblers are made to order. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks from when the order is placed.

♥ If we cannot meet your order on time you will be contacted with updated shipping times.
♥ All orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, we are not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items although we will do our best to assist you.
