This is a piece of spruce that I cut in 2021, dried, and then fractal burned. I used silver mica power in the fractal burned veins and then over that, I put a coat of clear epoxy. Once everything was dry I added the bronze owl single hanger. I really enjoy doing the burning process and getting to see what the design is going to be. After the peice was done I went through the hardware I have to see what matched up the best. Sometimes I have friends and family help me match things up because it shouldn't only be what I like.
I see this hanging in a sauna holding a towel, in a front entryway holding your dog's leash, or maybe in a camp retailer keeping grandpa's favorite coat safe and dry. Wherever you decide it should live I hope it brings you joy.
