Vintage Aristocrat Fur retailer Coat

Product Name: Vintage Aristocrat Fur retailer Coat
From Housman's in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I know NOTHING about this except it appears to be 2 kinds of fur (actual coat then the collar). I tried to include some measurements because I have no idea on what size it is. This was from an estate and that is all I know about it. Please don't come at me about it being fur. It was not mine, I simply will not dispose of it because it is fur. It is old and someone will be able to use it for something.
