This is a lovely solid embossed-leather western-style belt, 3.5mm thick vegetable-tanned leather, with a heavy solid brass buckle.
It's the usual 1.5 inches wide, and retailer has been hand painted in traditional western floral design
The belt edges have been hand bevelled and hand burnished
The back of the belt had been left undyed - whereas the visible part of the belt has been sealed before and after painting, to ensure a glossy water resistant finish
The heavy solid brass buckle is secured with brass Chicago screws, so that if you ever want to change it, it's easy to do
It has a matching leather keeper, also treated and sealed like the main belt
This will last and look great for years, and will become more flexible with age and use. Initially the position holes, buckle and keeper are a firm fit
Belt holes currently suit 40 - 44 inch waist, but I can easily reduce this by up to 6 inches if required to suit you. The best way to decide wich length you need is to use an existing one of your belts, and measure from where the pin pivots on the buckle crosspiece to the hole you usually use on that belt. I can tailor the belt so it has a least two holes on either side of that length for comfort adjustment. Some people like to wear the belt actually on the waist, whereas other prefer a lower slung style, more on the hip, so check the sizing where you like to actually wear your belt
