This vintage handmade sewing basket is unusual and possibly one of a kind. It has. A charming shape with a rounded bottom and a handle on top. Two flaps open on top to reveal the storage compartment including a little shelf for spools retailer of thread.

Measures 10 1/8” tall, 14.25” long and 6 3/4” wide.

Condition is solid but shabby. The piece sits nicely. There are many scuffs and chips to the brick red paint surface as well as some f so mall chips to the wood (please see close-up photos).

This piece is of unknown age but I am estimating midcentury or older.
