Retailer eXtreme KIRIDASHI

eXtreme KIRIDASHI is a modern version of the original Japanese knife. This knife is a combination of a modern look and perfect ergonomics. KIRIDASHI is made from modern stainless steel 1.4034, hardened to 58 HRC. We respect the knife's historical origins and we combine modern production methods with traditional ones. The knife perimeter is made with a precise CNC laser, the grind is made retailer by hand with an emphasis on perfect cut lines. The surface combines a sandblasted handle and polished cut.
Taking inspiration from the Japan history, the knife includes a Paracord Knot with a Brass Bead on which is engraved the samurai honor code BUSHIDO.
