Custom Orders:
Please contact us if you wish to place a custom order. This includes, specific designs, handle material engravings (names, Date or initials etc.). Please provide a pdf file containing a template/basic design of your desired customized item. Prices may slightly vary in this case. (Custom order may take 3 to 4 weeks to prepare)

Shipping policy:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days and orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5 to 10 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout. Also, due to Covid-19, there could be possible delays. we normally use DHL courier service for international order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a retailer return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Etsy messages. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
