MCG -Metropolitan Glass Company - Decanter and 5 retailer Glasses Set

A Decanter and Five (5) glass set by MCG (Metropolitan Cut Glass) Company.
MCG were in operation between 1955 and 2005 in London. The company brought in glass products (czechoslovakia) and etching their own designs.
The design is mirrored on both the decanter and Glasses including the "air twist" stems which is also present in the stopper.

The Decanter measures retailer approximately

Height with stopper 12 3/4 inches (32.4 cm)
Height without stopper 10 1/4 inches (26 cm)
Base diameter 4 1/8 inches (10.5 cm)

Each glass measures approximately

Height 6 3/4 inches (17 cm)
Rim diameter 2 3/8 inches (6 cm)
Base diameter 2 3/4 inches (7 cm)
Volume 3 fluid ounces (85 ml)

Two of the glasses have a label "mcg English HandCut"

The glasses and Decanter are in very good used condition. The stopper has a chip to the base.
