Everything is made from fresh ingredients - no preservatives! These are delicious macadamia nut cookies. The cookies are around 3" and will come individually wrapped and heat sealed to preserve freshness. They will last up to 2 weeks and can then be frozen for up to 3 months in their original packaging.

Care instructions
Your cookies will be heat sealed for freshness. They stay fresh for 2 weeks in their original packaging (or an airtight container) and can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Orders needed in LESS THAN MY TURNAROUND TIME of 2 WEEKS are RUSH and subject to a $15+ rush fee (depending on the size of the order). THIS FEE WILL NOT BE WAIVED. Express shipping may also need to be purchased (contact me for a quote). Thank you for understanding that I am not always able to take on rush orders due to the amount of orders I work on daily, but I will do my very best to accommodate your rush order.

*The minimum for minis and small cookies is 2 dozen. The minimum for larger cookies (anything 3" and over) is 1 dozen. I do not sell by the half dozen or odd numbers (except for holiday specialty items in the shop).
*Advanced ordering is encouraged, especially for larger orders, because it reserves your event date! I will wait to make and ship until closer to your event date so that the cookies are fresh for you. Orders are reserved with full payment.

*PRICES/QUOTES ARE FIRM.
*When requesting a quote, please include amount of cookies and the shipping zip code.

~~~~ RESERVED LISTINGS ~~~~
*Reserved listings are listings made for you after we have gone over the details of your order. Please make prompt payment so that your order is reserved. Due to a very high volume of requests that I receive, Reserved Listings will be held for 48 hours and will then be canceled and that spot opened back up for another reservation. Canceled listings will not be reactivated unless I have a spot open.

*USPS Priority which is 2-3 days, is in every listing and is the default shipping method unless otherwise requested; however I may change the shipping method to UPS if a guarantee is needed, or if it is the better method to get your order to you on time.
*You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number when your cookies ship.
*USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING IS NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE. Please contact me prior to purchasing to check on availability for your event date, or if you would like to purchase express shipping for a guaranteed delivery date. USPS EXPRESS OR UPS IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED if you need a specific delivery date, especially during holidays.
******I DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES. Thank you for understanding that USPS does NOT offer any compensation for packages shipping Priority, which arrive later than 2-3 days, and therefore I am not able to either.******
*Larger orders (3+ dozen) will most likely be sent UPS.
*The shipping address that you enter at checkout is where your cookies will be shipped, not to addresses left in messages or in notes at checkout. Drip Confections is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout or in messages.

*Our cookies are packaged extremely well. Decorated cookies are fragile and there are times when they do not ship well due to the handling of the package, not because of poor packaging. Broken/damaged cookies will not be refunded or remade.
*Drip Confections is not responsible for errors by any shipping service. There are NO REFUNDS for cookies that have been delivered, marked as undeliverable, or that have been delivered to the address that was entered at checkout. I am not responsible for misrouted packages or packages that do not arrive by the expected delivery date because of shipping errors. COOKIES RETURNED TO ME WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
*Please make sure that you are home or have made arrangements for when your cookies are delivered, especially during the summer! The cookies should not sit outside or in a mailbox.

Refunds and Exchanges

Cancellations may be made only if I have not begun on the order, and must be made within 24 hours.

No refunds, exchanges, or returns for cookies that USPS (or any other carrier) has marked delivered.

Drip Confections is NOT responsible for damaged/broken cookies, lost packages, misrouted packages, packages that are delayed due to inclement weather, incorrect address information given by the buyer, or packages that do not get to you by the expected delivery date.

Q: My event isn't for a few months. When do you suggest I order?
A: Ordering early is always appreciated! It not only saves your event date, but it also allows me time to plan your order, as my calendar throughout the year fills up quickly. Once you have paid, your order is reserved. I will wait to make and ship your order closer to your event date so they are fresh for you and your guests.

Q: How long do the cookies stay fresh?
A: The cookies are best if eaten as soon as you can! If you have to wait though, they stay fresh in their original packaging for up to 2 weeks. If you have already taken them out of the packaging they arrived in, you will need to place them into an airtight container, or a Ziploc bag. After that, they can be frozen for up to 3 months. Do not refrigerate; this will cause your beautiful cookies to dry out quickly!

Q: I am having 33 guests at my event. Can I order 33 cookies as favors?
A: I sell by the dozen, so you will need to order 3 dozen for the amount of guests you will be having. This is a good thing, as it gives you a few extras just in case!

Q: Can you individually wrap mini cookies?
A: Mini cookies do not ship well this way. As a result I am not able to individually wrap minis. Craft stores such as Michaels or Hobby Lobby carry a selection of bags that you can purchase for this.

Minimum amount for mini cookies is 2 dozen.
Minimum amount for regular size cookies is 1 dozen.
Occasionally I will offer gift packages. These will be ready to order in my shop, and will contain smaller amounts of cookies This is the only exception to minimum amounts.

I will do my very best to match your order to the listing pictures to your. Colors do vary at times and this will be stated in the listing description if that is the case. I am always happy to honor requests, so if there is something you see that you definitely want or don't want in your order, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate!
