Comes with the original strap and I'm included the tassel in saddle that I've attached to the zip. Has a back pocket. The strap does not come with the little shoulder pad. One of the rivets in the strap was too loose for me so I hammered it down to make it tighter. I included pics. Still works fine and you can't notice it while wearing :).
