There is a silver chain attached with a pocket watch. The skirt is made with a fun steam ship and Paris fabric. There are zebras, roses, steamships, and the Eiffel Tower. Fun and whimsical. The hat is a purchased hat that I added a steampunk fascinator to. It is a metal book plate with lace, feathers and gears. The bright pink vinyl high top tennis shoes top off the whole outfit!
