Rose Lavender And Green Czech Glass Lily-Of-The-Valley Necklace On Matte retailer Gold Plated Chain

~ The pretty Lily-Of-The-Valley glass centerpiece of this necklace is a vintage hand painted Czech glass round that was painted by a Czech glass artist. The Lily-Of-The-Valley floral was pressed in a rose colored glass and the flowers,the stems and the leaf and dots around the edge of the glass are done in relief above the flat base of the glass or done in repousse which means the same as relief. It was was hand painted on the front with the Lily-Of-The-Valley flowers and their stems painted in 24kt. retailer gold paint. The edges of the flowers and stems are highlighted with the soft lavender. The leaf is green and also has a bit of soft lavender highlighting near the edge on the outer side of the leaf facing the edge. The glass floral is 25mm and I set it on a gold plated brass faux watch fob-like setting that has a sturdy top loop,which I used to hang the chain assembly. I then set the faux watch fob-like setting into a U.S. made beaded edge-look 4-prong setting. The hand painted floral looks regal and special as it really is atop the 2 different settings. I finished the back opening of the 4-prong setting with a U.S. made brass floral filigree. You can see the rose color on the back of the glass peeking through the openings in the filigree. The backs looks nicely finished too! The chain is U.S. made and plated here in RI. The links are oval and textured,and it was plated in a matte gold. It has a soft gold look because of the matte plating. I added a chain extender to one side of the chain,so you can wear the chain at 17".19" or 21". If you would like a longer chain,just let me know as soon as you purchase the necklace by sending me an Etsy e-mail with the longest length that you would like the chain to be and also 2 shorter lengths,such as 24,23 and 22" or 24",22" and 20" or 18",20" and 22" or 20",22" and 24" or 26",24" and 22". You decide. The floral in its settings and with its connector rings on the top for the chain will add another 1 3/4" to the total length. You can use a chain that you already have or a piece of ribbon or cord around your neck cut to the longest length that you want your chain to be,and then figure 1 3/4" longer for the pendant to hang down if you want to figure out where the necklace will hang on you. All brass that I use in my jewelry designs is nickel-free,so if you are allergic to nickel or have sensitivities, the nickel-free brass will be fine for you.
