Small size and could fit a lady
No size seen inside but it is 21'' around
Brown leather band in nice used condition And unstitched for about 2.5 inches long.
No stain on outside
Few bumps in on one side of hat that may be possible to reshape back. Lining not rip but not pinned on top so the silky fabric retailer is falling down.
