Retailer Ornate Silver Plate Picture Frame Double Heart Repousse On Blue Velvet

An ornate repousse silver plated picture frame covered in elaborate scrolling leaves and florals. The silver face is mounted on blue velvet. This frame holds 2 photos 3.5" x 4.5". The frame is from the late 80s or early 90s as is all the silver frames I have listed. The velvet surround is faded on the front edge, possibly discolored from polishing over the years.
The darkened areas are reflections, it's very shiny. Easel stand on the back. From Elegance silverware.
