Vintage Taxco Mexico AIU Signed Abalone Shell .925 Sterling retailer Silver Clip Earrings ETC6377

This is a pair of vintage Taxco Mexico sterling silver & abalone shell leaf earrings. The earrings have secure clip backs. They are signed on back with AIU or PIU (it's not fully stamped well). The leaves measure 1 1/8" long x 9/16" wide. There is a dark, natural patina on the silver that can be removed with silver polish. The abalone is in excellent shape.

These are vintage, retailer previously owned earrings. Therefore, light wear can be expected. There is no visible damage.
