Adorable Girls 4T 4 piece Clown retailer Costume

This one just came out so cute! Balloon Clown pants have elastic at the ankles and waist. The over skirt and suspenders are attached to the pants, and are accented with Oversized Plastic Buttons. Shirt has elastic at the wrists and the double ruffle is attached to the neck of the shirt. The shirt ties at the back of the neck to help for fit. 2 Colorful bows are included and retailer can be pinned into the hair with bobby pins. Costume is made in various cotton blend fabrics. Waist measures at 22.25 inches, and is elastic and can stretch a little. Pants have a 21 inch out seam, but are meat to be worn high on the waist above the bellybutton, and also have elastic on the ankles, that can help if these are a little long. Sleeves are 14.5 inches long, and also have elastic on the wrists that can help with fit. It's ok for this to look oversized, because it;s a clown.
