VINTAGE 10K BLUE STINE retailer RING

Product Name: VINTAGE 10K BLUE STINE retailer RING
This is for a vintage gold with a blue stone. I do not know anything (the history) about this ring but I do know this was bought years ago at a pawn shop. The ring size, I am unsure, but I put a measuring tape to show the size. (My best guess would be is a 9?) The markings on the inside (I retailer think, look at the last picture) say; OJ10K.
