All materials used in work are top grade to ensure all the work I produce is absolutely loved and looks amazing!

All work is glossed with Liquitex Gloss Varnish (if you'd like your piece with a matte finish that is also available).

Any work I produced is always made with love and good vibes. I paint what I want when I want so that each piece always gets all of my attention and intention.

Painting the ocean is usually one of the most cathartic experiences for me. I lose myself in the different hues of blues and greens and swear I can hear the waves crashing into themselves. I hope that my piece speaks to you as it speaks to me.

Sounds of water was a challenge to myself. Painting waves and the ocean in general is always time consuming and at times difficult but it surely keeps you in the present.

About the Artist:

amanda is a Black Queer Womx born and bred in the boogie down Bronx. Her identity is an amazing compilation of woman and warrior. She is a staunch trafficking crusader, equal rights activist and daughter of Yemaya. amanda is currently completing retailer her doctorate at Howard University in the history department. Her work revolves around uplifting and empowering Black & Indigenious womxn and femmes in spaces where feminism is born outside of respectability. This feminism is Black, is incarcerated, walks the stroll, is a single mother facing eviction, is hustla, and is centered around survival and the importance of basic needs. All of her art work compasses these different aspects of herself.
