Antique 900 Bedo Turkish silver repoussé hand mirror with roses / vintage small retailer compact mirror / fine silver (900) handheld mirror

Antique 900 Bedo Turkish silver repoussé hand mirror. This is a lovely silver backed mirror with a high purity of 900 (90% silver, 10% alloy). It is marked 'Bedo 900' on the reverse indicating that it is Turkish. It has repoussé swirls and roses on the handle and back plate of the mirror.

Some patina to the silver, concurrent with age. The glass of the mirror is in good condition bar a few minor surface level scratches and scuffs. Do note, where the silver of the handle meets the silver of the back plate, the edges are a little rough (I've used a photo to point out this area). This should be fine and it's not rough enough to scratch the skin if handled with care, but it is something to be aware of and perhaps should be kept away from young children.

*Gift wrap*

-We wrap all items in complementary brown paper and string. I can also supply a complementary gift tag (see personalisation option). I can leave this blank for you to complete, or I can write in a gift inscription. All gift tags are 5 x 10 cm / 2 x 3.94 inch kraft paper tags to match the complementary wrapping retailer paper.

*Packing*

-All items are simply wrapped in brown paper and string (because “these are a few of my favourite things”). The items are then carefully covered with several layers of bubble wrap before being placed in lined and padded cardboard boxes.

-I try to source my packing materials as sustainably as possible. I reuse boxes, packing nuts and bubble wrap whenever I can. Any packing Antique pair of Ancient Greek warrior bronze spelter statues / vintage Greek figurines / Ancient Greece ornament / Sparta / Athens materials that I source outside this (such as bubble wrap or boxes) are biodegradable or recyclable.

*Postage*

-UK: Shipping is free to addresses within the UK. I use Royal Mail's ‘Second Class Signed For' service for most items sent within the UK. These should arrive in a few days but do get in touch if you would like quicker shipping. Orders too large for this will be sent by another delivery agency, such as Parcelforce 48 hour.

-EU/International: For orders outside the UK, I use Royal Mail's ‘International Tracked and Signed' which gives you peace of mind and allows you to track your item. Get in touch with me if you would like to combine postage.
