Vintage Wooden Veneer Black and White Veneer Terrier with Hand Carved Open Mouthed Terrier Dog Cigarette Holder/Dispenser.

This unique terrier dog cigarette holder/dispenser serves up one cigarette at a time. Pull the metal spring operated drawer open and one cigarette pops up and is placed in the mouth of the hand carved terrier for easy access. This is shown in one of the photos. To load the case the top with the black and white terriers slides back and the cigarette can be placed in the dispenser. The dispenser uses old fashioned shorter cigarettes and will not accommodate modern unfiltered cigarettes unless they are trimmed down in size.

The sides of the holder are a beautifully burled wood. There are edges where the veneer on the top of the holder has cracked off, which is shown in the photos. The case measures 3.75 inches wide and 4.0 inches deep. It stands 2.75 inches tall. It is a wonderful conversation piece for any coffee table, bar or counter. It is perfect for holding customized hand rolled smokes.
