It must be a freckle. :) I cut his mouth to take a baby pacifier and so a bottle can go in he does NOT drink and pee he is solid silicone I added a little color to his cheeks glazed to his eyes he is anatomical boy he is floppy and soft he will come with ,a baby hat a pacifier a diaper and a blanket also booties he is not perfect the mouth is hard to cut but the pacifier fits in good and when his mouth is closed it does not look bad he is very cute and affordable he's brand new other than I altered his mouth He is micro size.
