I know how important it is to have your personalized piece as soon as possible. With such a fast turnaround time, I usually start your piece within hours from when the order is placed. For that reason, I am unfortunately unable to accommodate changes to the order or shipping address once it has been placed.

If your item has not been engraved yet, I am happy to cancel the order for you. However, due to my fast turnaround time, they are usually engraved in the morning after the order is placed. If your order has been engraved, it will be shipped and ineligible for a cancellation or a refund.
As each custom piece is made to order just for you, understandably I cannot accept returns, with no exceptions. Please make sure to ask any questions that you have before placing the order.
