Mini Witch Hat retailer headband fascinator

These are handmade mini hats that were wet felted over a resist, blocked, shaped, and dried by hand and then shellacked (all by me!) so they're stiff like a traditional top hat. As long as they are cared for and loved, this 100% wool mini hat/fascinator will last a lifetime. So keep it out of drenching rain...and try not to sit on it!!!!!! ;)

The hats are extremely light weight due to the nature of the material so despite their height they don't flop around. Created with 100% super fine merino (19 micron). Embellished with ribbon and buttons. Satin black headbands. One size fits most.

***dimensions*** The hats themselves are 8" tall from brim to tip and 6" wide at the base/brim.
