Each piece is cut from 5.5 mm "Tuff-PLY" -A 5-ply hardwood sheathing. It is cost-effective,lightweight -making it extremely easy to manage and store. We treat the cutout with a special mixture of environmentally safe preservatives to ensure a long-lasting weather-resistant bond. We then apply 2 coats of QUALITY white house paint to front and back. The front face is then sanded smooth. We use Sherwin-Williams latex acrylic enamel paint for the detail painting. The final step is two very thick coats of water-based polycrilyc sealer. It is satin finish to minimize light reflection and provide excellent UV protection. All mounting hardware is included with your piece. a steel rod is inserted into the back of your piece for an easy, one-step installation. Simply insert the rod into the pre-drilled hole, and plunk your display into the retailer ground. -NO FENCE POSTS, STEEL REBAR, PIPE, OR SCREWING BRACKETS!
