80’s Prairie Goth retailer Ruffle Trim Black Dress

A scoop neck with ruffle trim frames the face beautifully. Ruffle trim is continued along scoop back. Ruffle cap sleeve adds dramatic volume. Full skirt with wide ruffle hem. C/b zip, with hidden button at top. Thread belt loops on sides of waist. Unlined.
