I bought these in March-April and had only used them a few times. Everything is still included and there's nothing broken or missing. These are really good headphones and are great quality I just stopped using them because I don't do much gaming anymore and they're just collecting dust retailer in the box. (The right side of the headphones has a small orange stain but it's nothing huge).
