All of our hats/ fascinators are hand decorated by Cellena (my mother). She was a crafty entrepreneur in her day creating her own professional wedding planning business and owning her own flower shop in Mobile, AL. Since then she has retired and now enjoys decorating hats. She has had over 20 years of experience with floral design and 5 years of Kentucky Derby hat designing.
